Yoga Fusion
Over the course of 60 minutes you’ll move through several flows. Each flow will begin slow to create proper muscle alignment then we will pick up the pace to link breath with movement then begin to add heat-building, muscle-strengthening exercises. Class is set to an invigorating playlist and is open to all levels!
Power Vinyasa Yoga
